Confidential discussion between prospective member and Palletways, where the opportunity is assessed

Palletways visit the operation, and engage in a consultation regarding proposed territory

A business plan for the opportunity is designed by Palletways, in consultation with the prospective member, and a visit to Palletways to meet the key stakeholders is arranged

4

The contract is reviewed between Palletways and the prospective member

5

Terms are agreed, contract is signed and a joining date confirmed

6

New member is fully inducted into Palletways

7

Member goes live on agreed date, with full Member Relation and other departmental support provided

Service appraisals performed by Palletways
